I definitely missed sharing stuffed turkey and gravy and apple pie with my parents and sister . . . but, a few days after Thanksgiving, I joined my cousins in Sayulita, a tiny beach town on the Pacific Coast. I had a fabulous time playing on the beach with my little cousins Nora, Charlie, and Owen. I felt at home visiting with family - in English! – playing cards, building sandcastles, eating fish tacos, and swimming, of course!
